Cancellation Policy
**PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY**
By booking, you accept all terms and conditions.
-Reschedule: all reschedule requests must be submitted 48 hours prior to the appointment date
*One reschedule request per deposit.*
-Cancellations: all appointments require 48 hour notice for cancellation/deposit refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total service cost (NO EXCEPTIONS)
-No Shows: no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service + will not be eligible for future appointments.
